30-Day Calm-or-Refund Guarantee
If you're not happy with your SnugaBub within 30 days of delivery, contact us for a refund or replacement.
How to Start a Return
Email snugabubsupport@gmail.com with your order number and a short note (a photo helps if the item arrived damaged). We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.
Condition
Items should be in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, we may handle certain returns as replacements or store credit at our discretion.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll make it right — no extra cost to you.
